This Department of Food and Beverage Management offers an array of food and beverage courses, combining with hands-on laboratory experiences. Students receive both traditional classroom lectures and demonstrations. Chances of interacting with leaders in the food and beverage industry are also provided.
We offer two concentrations:
(1) Food and Beverage Management
(2) Culinary Arts Management.
The courses offered for freshmen and sophomores include “Restaurant Management” “Economics” “Drink Services Management and Practice” “Hospitality Service Skills” “Nutrition” “Chinese Cooking” “Bakery”, and etc. Advanced coursed designed for juniors and seniors are “Food Service Quality Management” “Human Resources Management” “Purchasing and Cost Control” “Hospitality Marketing Management” “Food and Beverage Financial Analysis” “Healthy Food Cooking” “Banquet Catering” “ Advanced bakery”, and etc.
